Welcome to the final RhAPP Roundup from the Rheumatology Advanced Practice Providers National Conference 2025 in Denver! Host Audrey Gibson, PA-C, wraps up the last day of sessions — a Saturday filled with hands-on learning, high-yield education, and practical skills for rheumatology APPs. The morning workshop block featured ultrasound demonstrations, rare autoimmune “Zebra” sessions, GCA and PMR management updates, and pediatric pearls on safe immunosuppression. Attendees explored rheumatologic low back pain, caparoscopy, and refractory Raynaud’s, underscoring RhAPP’s mission to merge clinical reasoning with real-world application. Plenary sessions tackled Sjögren’s disease, arthritis across the ages, and difficult-to-treat rheumatoid arthritis, blending science with clinical insight. Afternoon tracks explored myositis, scleroderma, pediatric morphea, Takayasu arteritis, psoriatic arthritis comorbidities, and pediatric vasculitis. The final workshops addressed CAR-T and immunology innovations, nephrology updates, fertility and pregnancy in rheumatic patients, radiology skills with Wendy Simmons, and even integrative approaches using herbal therapies. The closing message: APPs are driving the future of rheumatology — as clinicians, educators, and innovators in patient care.
