Iris Zink, MSN, ANP, RN-BC

Iris Zink, MSN, ANP-BC, RN-BC, is a certified rheumatology nurse practitioner and the founder of Lansing Rheumatology in East Lansing, Michigan. With over 20 years of experience in rheumatology, she has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, particularly to underserved populations.
In 2016, Zink and her husband, fellow nurse practitioner Chris Title, established Lansing Rheumatology—the first nurse practitioner-led early arthritis intervention clinic in Michigan. Their mission was to address a critical shortage of rheumatology services, especially for Medicaid patients, by offering accessible, high-quality care. Approximately 50% of their patient base is on Medicaid, reflecting their commitment to inclusivity and healthcare equity.
Beyond clinical practice, Zink is a former president of the Rheumatology Nurses Society and a national speaker on topics related to chronic illness and intimacy. She co-authored the book Sex-Interrupted: Igniting Intimacy While Living with Illness or Disability, aiming to help patients maintain emotional and physical connection despite health challenges.
