This episode also explores long-term data on romosozumab followed by denosumab compared with denosumab alone in glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis, highlighting the value of treatment sequencing, anabolic-first strategies, trabecular bone score, and early intervention for patients at very high risk of fracture.
